A Change of Presenter
If you wish to change the presenter, you must withdraw the previous abstract and resubmit a new one. The presenter should be a registered participant.
Presentation File Submission Deadline (Poster ONLY): December 3, 2023
Record of Presentation
Please note that all lecture recordings and poster presentations will be available to the registered participants for 4 weeks after the conference, and then will be discarded to avoid any copyright infringement or information leak.

The time allotted to each plenary talk is 45 minutes (35 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion) and to each invited talk is 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion).
The presentation materials should be in Microsoft PowerPoint file format (*.ppt or *.pptx) that is compatible with PowerPoint 2010 or in PDF that is compatible with Adobe Reader 11. Please notify us in advance if your presentation materials are in different format or include any media clip.
All presenters are advised to use venue facilities for the presentation due to system limitations. Please provide the staff with your presentation materials in the session room at least 30 min. before the session starts.
Please make sure that you should arrive in the session room at least 10 min. before your session begins.

Poster presentation is for both regular registration and student registration (Offline)
All poster presenters are requested to do an ON-SITE poster presentation and also submit their poster file for the online conference.
Best Poster Award evaluation will be made for on-site poster presentations.
Guideline for On-site Presentation

All poster sessions will take place at the conference site on the 2F Lobby and the 8F Lobby.

The displayable area is approximately 90cm(W) x 120cm(H).
Your presentation number (ex: MON-2D23-001) will be provided by the secretariat and positioned in the upper left-hand corner of your poster board. You may check your abstract number at "My Page". The abstract title, authors and affiliation should be noticeable on your poster.
ICAMD2023 will provide the materials to mount your poster.
Poster presenters should be available during the poster session to answer questions and discuss with attendees. Presenters who fail to show up for their scheduled presentation without any prior notice will be considered as “no-show”.
If you have more than one poster and they are not side by side, you need to spread your time over all poster presentations.
It is NOT acceptable to merely post a copy of your paper. Such papers will be marked as a “no-show” presentation.
Please remind that the poster that has not been tore down during the set time will be discarded without notice.
ICAMD2023 accepts no responsibility for any materials that may be left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.

You are requested to submit your poster file as a PDF format.
The PDF file will be displayed on our Online Conference Website for online participants.

A. How to Submit Poster Presentation file for Online Conference
- Step 1: Go to ‘My Page’ after logging in to ICAMD2023 website
- Step 2: Click ‘View’ on your submitted abstract, and scroll down to ‘[4] Presentation File Submission.’
- Step 3: Attach the PDF file for your poster presentation.
B. Poster (PDF) File Requirements
- It is required to submit a one-page poster file in the PDF format.
- The size of your PDF file should not exceed 50MB.
- Please make sure to upload your presentation materials with the file name of your Presentation No. (or Abstract No.).
